When will your order ship?

We process orders promptly. Usually, within 1-2 business days after receiving your payment, we will start preparing your order for shipping. Processing Time: Orders usually leave for shipping within a period of 3 to 5 business days following the placement of your order.

Which countries do you ship to?

We are able to ship to various countries around the world. It's important to note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

What are your shipping rates?

Regarding our shipping rates, we offer global free shipping. However, due to operational factors, some areas may have an additional charge of $20. This additional charge is implemented to guarantee timely and reliable delivery for all orders. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

How long will shipping take?

Typically, orders will be delivered within 7 to 16 business days. Shipments are not processed on weekends or holidays. Please add a few additional days to the delivery time, especially if adverse weather conditions impact the deliveries.
