12-Month Worry-Free Warranty

The customers of the UME NOTE / UME NotePin are entitled to a 12-month or longer warranty service (as per local laws or regulations if applicable) starting from the date of the sales invoice. In case of performance failure due to normal usage circumstances during the warranty period, umetechnology.com will offer maintenance services at no cost. For warranty service, a valid device serial number and proof of purchase need to be provided.

This warranty does not cover:

Devices which have been taken apart, repaired, modified, or maintained without permission, or those that are used in environments or conditions not in line with the prescribed operating guidelines.

Damage that occurs due to improper use, such as falls, collisions, bending, exposure to excessive moisture. Also, damage due to insufficient magnet suction or the use of incompatible accessories resulting in loss.

Malfunctions triggered by force majeure events like natural disasters or the illegal use of the product.

Normal aging and deterioration, cosmetic damages, or consumable parts that are not defective at the time of purchase.

Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, incompatible parts, altered or missing serial numbers, as well as products that are stolen, resold, or counterfeit. 

umetechnology.com holds the right to repair, replace, or provide a refund for the product based on our own judgment. This warranty bestows upon you specific legal entitlements, and you may additionally possess other rights that are contingent upon the jurisdiction in which you are located.
