Order Cancellation
Prior to Shipment: In order to cancel your order, please get in touch with our customer support at support@umetechnology.com before receiving the shipment notification.
After Shipment: Once you receive the shipment notification email indicating that the parcel has been dispatched, order cancellation is not allowed. However, you can initiate a return after the delivery. For detailed information, please refer to the following "Return & Refund Policy".
Return & Refund Policy
(1)30 DAYS FREE-REASON RETURN POLICY In the event that you are not content with your purchase due to any cause, you have the option to return it and obtain a full refund within 30 days after receiving it.
Kindly send an email to support@umetechnology.com, including:
(1) Your Order Number; (2) the SN (Serial Number) of the product.
The returned item(s) need to be in a good state, retain their original quality and functionality, and encompass all accessories and the original packaging.
Refund Procedure: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will conduct an inspection within a few days. The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and you will be notified by an email once the refund initiation takes place. The actual time for receiving the refund is subject to the processing speed of your bank.
(2)7 DAYS DOA RETURN POLICY In the case where you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or nonfunctional, you have the option to return it for either an exchange or a full refund within 7 days after the receipt.
Kindly send an email to support@umetechnology.com, providing a detailed account of the issue. Alongside this, attach pictures or a video that showcases the problem, and also include a picture of the entire package.
It is mandatory that all returned item(s) remain in their original condition, without any visible indications of usage. Additionally, they must be sealed within the original packaging.
Return & Refund Process:
Please send an email to support@umetechnology.com, including (1) Your Order Number and (2) the SN (Serial Number) of the product.
Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected by us, we will promptly handle your refund or exchange.
Important note:
If you have made a purchase from an Authorized Reseller, you are required to return the original purchase, which encompasses the hardware along with its accessories, to the place where the sale initially took place in order to obtain a refund. This is subject to the return policy of the Authorized Reseller. UME will not directly provide a refund for purchases made from an Authorized Reseller, a third-party retailer, or a third-party marketplace.
For purchases that were made through our social media shops like TikTok, you need to start the return process within your TikTok account and obtain a return label. After your return is received at our TikTok warehouse, we will commence the refund process, and you will receive the refund within 5-10 business days.
UME Gift Card
Can Gift Cards be canceled after order?Once purchased, Gift Cards cannot be canceled.
Are Gift Cards refundable if the recipient is dissatisfied with the redeemed products?
UME Gift Card redeemed products are not covered by our 30 Days Free-reason Return Policy. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or nonfunctional, you are eligible to return the product for an exchange or a full refund of the spent gift card balance within 7 days after receiving it.
Are Gift Card balances refundable?
Gift card balances are non-refundable but can be applied as partial payment for your next order.
